'06 TL 6sp pulls to the right

I have an '06 TL 6 speed with 4800 miles on it. Starting around 1000 miles
it began pulling to the right. It's not a hard pull but the car will eventually go off the road if not corrected within 6 or 7 seconds while driving 60 MPH on the highway.

The dealer checked the alignment and found the front right Toe
measurement at 0.15 degrees (specified normal range is -0.08 to 0.08).
They did the realignment.

After my wife left the dealer, she noticed the car shaking at high speed.
She immediately turned around, and they put the car on the lift,
and rotated the tires.

The service manager noticed while test driving the car with my wife after
the tire rotation that it still pulled to the right. He said that this
"sometimes occurs with these tires...", that they "tend to follow the
contours of the road". He also said it could just be the way the tires
are "wearing".

The tires are Michelin HX MXM4 P235/45 R17 93 W.

None of this seems normal to me. Is it? What can I do to fix it?

Thanks.

Well acuras and hondas do have a tendency to have some pull to the right which is completely normal. Like the service manager said the tires will follow the contour of the road, especially if the roads are crown then you will notice it drifts to the right more. It could also be a bad tire or tires, have them road force the tires to see if any of them exceed the limit.

Hmmm.... Car is shaking and they rotate the tires? I would have told the dealer to balance my tires.

I also have noticed that my car will follow the pitch of the road and I have to compensate for it, but it varies from one road to another.

On our SUV (Honda Pilot), when I put on 'summer' tires that had a flatter footprint, I noticed that it was more sensitive to the changes in the contours of the road. At first I thought it was pulling hard, but it was just that the front tire had gone onto a part of the road that was pitching more toward the curve and I had to compensate for it.

It's not normal.
Toe will not make a difference for pulling left or right.
A difference in caster between the left and the right, the drive tires not being on a line perpendicular to the centerline of the car (thrust alignment) or a difference in tire drag are the only things that can cause a pull.
Since they rotated them and it still occurs, it's not likely to be a tire problem, but...
If the tires are not unidirectional, swap the fronts and see if the pull switches sides.
Also, double check the inflation pressure of all four tires.
Lastly, have a different technician look at the alignment.
Good Luck!

I had an 05 TL Navi. This same thing happened to me (same tires too, I think).

The dealer balanced my tires and couldn't fix the problem, it still pulled to the right. Instead of doing a full tire rotation, they swapped the two front tires and guess what, it pulled to the left. After taking the tire off the wheel, several of the belts inside the tire had snapped and pulled through the rubber to the inside...

Have them check that - they gave me two new front tires under warranty.

My 04 pulls a little to the right too, what i do is put 1 psi more of air on the pass. side rear (33psi), and 1 psi less on the driver side rear (31psi) from factory recommended. It fixed the problem for me... you don't want to have two different psi settings on the front because when you step on it, it might make torque steer worse. By having lower psi on one side, it makes the car pull to that side since it has lower pressure; thus fixing your problem. Keep the fronts equal; mine are at 36 psi since colder weather lowers air pressure. In warmer conditions pressure goes up, so that's when tire pressure should be set lower about 1- 2(max). Any lower will create rolling resistance and lower your mpg. Factory recomended is 35 fronts, 32 rears; all of this is if you have 235/245-17-45 tires. Hope this helps...
