If I were you, I would ask the dealer how much they are asking for the parts, then wait till some actual 2006 owners reports on how good it is.

Some of these Original Equipement Tire Pressure Monitoring systems are inacurate and give a lot of false alert. The one provided in the Buick was a real joke. It kept falsing all the time.

You do have aftermarket alternatives that do provide more informations then most OEM TPM systems.

Check out www.smartire.com , their system with the optional display provide pressure in digital readout, tire temperature and also has user programmable alert setup so it can be tune to your particular wheel/tire setup.

My dealer told me just low warning (if he is correct). I agree, not worth that. Would be slick to have a real time display in the navi for all 4 tires and a slick graphic.

I can dream.

I was wondering this same thing. The G35 TPMS sucks. It doesn't even tell you which tire just a damn light on the dash.
