05 TL+ Wife (Not so good driver) + I want Wheels!=?? Help!
ok so here's the deal. I would like to put a set of wheels and tires on the 05 TL that I just bought for my wife. I would like to go with a set of 18"s, however I have a few concerns about that I need to address before going out and getting a set of wheels. I am not planning on dropping the car. Here's are my requirements. Can anyone please make a few suggestions.
1. I don't want the car to look like a 4X4 as I have no intention of dropping it.
2. I want the tires to somewhat protect the wheels ie from pot holes etc as, (my wife is not the best driver)
3. I want the ride to be comfortable as I have a baby on the way
Please can anyone make a recomendation on the following
Rim SIZE?
Offset?
Tire Size?
