'04 Rear Camber Shims?

Hello, NOOB to this forum, what a great source of info. Anyways, '04 TL (6 sp MT, 130,000 miles) has the rear tire inner wear problems (one side) with stock suspension and tires. Alignment shop recommended shims. I bought these Moog's K90210 as supposedly fits my car. Anyways, it appears the inner upper control arm mount is welded and not bolted. Am I just that blind?! Do I need to just get the Ingalls adjustable arm I keep reading about? I've scoured the net for schematic, but can't find a good one.
Also noted references to '04 bump stop TSB's. Which do I need? Only right rear camber out by -1.6 degrees. Only extra weight is subs in rear. Any help is appreciated.

If the bump stops are original, I'd have Acura replace them. Four years ago, I went through 2 sets of rear tires in less than a year. Dealer replaced mine, no other questions asked.

Thank you, I need to replace rear bump stops and get a single Ingalls adjustable arm? Is dealer paying for the bump stops?

With continued inner rear tire, I am still confused. Do I need to replace BOTH the stops and the Ingalls camber arm on both sides? Thanks in advance.
