I can get it for that price off of Ebay. Can I get it for less from somewhere else?
Thanks,

After market add ons don't void the total warranty. If Acura can prove the aftermarket part caused the failed item to fail then they can refuse "only" that portion.
In other words if you drop the car on stock shocks and a shock fails they may be able to refuse warranty in said shock if they can prove the springs caused it.

dont' forget to add in shipping. i think the OP saw the ebay sale was $650 shipped. not sure of the prices from the links posted above, but the only way to know if its a deal is to acct for shipping too.
the one on BM is for an automatic. he's had a tough time selling it b/c its for AT. everyone looking for aspec seems to want the MT version whether they have a MT or AT b/c of the slight increase in drop the AT would get (AT slightly heavier up front vs MT).

i've lowered every car i ever owned. What is the worst case scenario? I never had a problem. I personally want the A-spec kit because it only drops an inch and i dont have to worry about bouncy rides and ground clearance issues. Just get in and go anywhere.

I did end up getting the ASpec for 650 no shipping. I got this suspension because I have a 100,000 mile warranty and the dealer said that if I modify the height of my car with any parts other than Acura parts it would void my warranty. I also like how the cars on this site look with the ASpec suspension.

Hm...I think dealers use that phrase as a scare tactic. If i'm not mistaken, if something does happen to break down, they must prove that the cause of it is your aftermarket mods otherwise they will still have to fix the car because that certain part is under warranty. Obviously if your aftermarket springs/shocks broke down, the dealer are not obligated to fix you car for you but if your engine broke down they will have to fix it for you because it has nothing to do with your suspension mods.

^agreed.
my dealership (especially techs) like my car n the fact that it's different from the everyday ones they see all day long. i've brought it there a few times and they always compliment it. i've asked them the very same questions about modifying it, and unless they can prove that "said part" had something to do with the issue at hand...nothing would be voided.
either way, congrats on the aspec suspension. post up some pics when you get it installed.

i just received my new aspec suspension this week. not looking forward to helping my brother take my car apart, however, i am looking forward to a better handling ride. won't be for another few weeks for the install. waiting to time it all around when i need to take it to the dealer anyway for other stuff and throw the alignment on top of that.
