Tails/ licenseplate/blue welcoming light always on after headlight mod

Hi guys, I attempted to modifying my headlight by following diy. Everything went well except taillight, licenseplate, rear side marker, blue welcoming dome light inside the car won't turn off. disconnecting fuse wouldn't work, so I had to unplug the battery.. This all happened while I was messing around with lights to install resistors for switchback led for front side.. Any idea? Thank you

yikes! ALways ALWAYS disconnect battery when messing with electronics, ESPECIALLY tricking the computer with resistors.

Update:

all those lights I mentioned stayed off until I started car again. I had to take apart my bumper again to gain access to those side turn wires. It turns out if both side signal works with resistor meaning stays white at parking and amber at turning, those symptoms reappears. BUT if only one side functions normally while other side doesn't, those problems don't appear.. I'm so confused

This is why Repair Technicians who can properly diagnose and repair electrical problems are so well compensated.

According to this, you should be able to watch, but not offer advice.
