when i warm up the car in the morning i hear a whirl sound, also when i turn the wheel. is that normal ?

Power steering O-ring? Mine does something like you descirbe when cold outside

 

belt pulley or maybe tensioner probably. they make a handy little stethoscope with a rod so that you can pin point sounds like that. my dodge does the same thing when the bearings in the pulley are cold.

 

My guess is a belt. Orrrr a hidden supercharger?

 

Exactly, I had the same problem with mine. . . silly superchargers

 

There is a TSB for it and the dealer will fix it for free. Happened to me also but only when it was cold out.

No-- and I bet it's more of a whining noise.
