3rd gen tl 6 speed clutch related
Bought a em2 spec master clutch cylinder without delay valve and briaded steel clutch line that goes straight from master to slave cylinder my question Is if I remove everything is it possible if I take the nut of the end of the rod to connect the line to master first before sliding it in through the firewall and to pedal if it's not only other option i see to getting in there is removing brake booster reservoir to gain more access but then do I need to rebleed it thanks in advance

I'd HIGHLY recommend bench bleeding everything off the car first, before installing anything. If you have a vice, put your new master cylinder in there with the outlet hose looped back into it's own reservoir filled with fresh fluid. Pump the rod until you no longer see any bubbles coming out the reservoir. Now your master is bench bled.
Now connect your braided hose to both the master and slave and tighten everything. Keep the master in a vice and use a C-clamp to keep the slave from extending and now bleed your slave (I've had luck simply gravity bleeding) But if you have a 2nd set of hands to help, go for it. Now you shouldn't need to do anymore bleeding, as long as you keep the system closed. I've been able to install the master without removing the brake booster, but I also have small'ish hands.
Also, punctuation helps (us) immensely. It took me 14 attempts to try to understand what you were doing.

Burning Brakes
I did the clutch master cyl replacement without removing the brake master cyl reservoir. But it was a huge p.i.t.a. Took the plastic shroud off the top to try to get slightly better view. but its minimal help. Didnt bench clutch bleed master. Just pulled the hose off the slave cyl line and attached a 5L manual fluid evacuator/vacuum bleeder. gave it a few pumps until fluid came out. connected the line and bled normally until pedal firm.
