What's wrong with my interior lighting?

I just had the acura dealer fixed the power source(cigar plug). After I took it home, I realized that the lighting interior were not working. BTW my interior lighting were LEDS. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thank you very much for helping me out.

Is the switch in the correct position for the interior lights to come on?

A couple of weeks ago the wife and I went to breakfast and saw a young fellow with the hood up on a Civic. We went on in and a few minutes later a car showed up and hooked up jumpers. As I could see it didn't start, it finally got the best of me, walked outside and he said no start even with the jumpers. I had him turn on the lights, bright, put no sound at the starter, so I asked if the trans was in Park. He said yes but quickly changed it to no he left it in drive. Put it in Park and it started right up.

You never know
