Weird issue when doing u-turns - what's the cause?
Whenever I'm trying to do a quick u-turn or turning while breaking, I get a really weird effect.
I feel/hear a grind as I press the brake when I'm turning at the same time. It sounds wrong, and makes me think that something is wrong w/ the car. (08 tl-s auto)
Any ideas?

that should be normal in the situation you describe. Your going to fast for the turn and VSA kicks in to help control the car. But at the same time you are braking so ABS and VSA kick in to help keep you going on your intended path. ABS mechanically pumps the brakes rapidly to help aid in turning while hard braking. Due to this rapid pumping of the brakes you get that grinding sound

Grinding noise throws me off.. If you actually hear metal grinding, check the dust shield.
