need some help, i swapped a 08 TL-S A/T steering wheel into my 07 Base A/T TL and now im getting a VSA light on the dash. all the buttons work but the TL-S steering wheel was equipped with paddle shifters and voice command switch. i made sure the cable reel was aligned correctly before bolting it down and i used my air bag, any thoughts?
maybe the steering wheel controls are pinned differently?

 

Have you tried resetting the cars CPU? To do this and erase all the codes, remove the pos and neg cables from the battery and touch them together. This will zero out the error codes an should reset your TSA light.

 

the battery was disconnected through the whole process, but been driving the car for a day now and the light hasn't came on. pretty weird but hopefully it stays off.
