Vibrations on gas pedal???
Hi, I´m from Europe (Poland) and just bought a TL from 2005 with 5-speed AT.
Now I´ve got a question.
When the engine is running and in "P" it works very nicely!
But when I go to higher RPM (about 2.000), then I can hear and feel soft vibrations on the gas pedal.
It´s the same when I accelerate, or just drive at these RPM (from about 1.000 to 2.000).
No loss of power...
It sounds a bit like a diesel and a race-bike (kind of vacuum cleaner). It´s not metallic, no clicking...
Can anyone help me? Is this normal?
Is it caused by airflow?
Regards!

Check your motor mounts and transmission mounts.
This sounds like what I could feel with a broken upper transmission mount - a light vibration, sometimes in the gas pedal at moderate RPMs.
There is a thread on the Transmission mounts partway down the page in this sub-forum.

Thanks a lot, I´ll check that.
Actually I located that sound, i think. It appears in the area where all the belts are - somewhere between the engine and the right fender. It appears there when you push the gas pedal. Could it be the timing belt or any bearing?
Regards!

There are several noise related issues in that area. 3 or 4 TSB's issued.
Check the TSB page here: https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-2004-2008-93/3g-tl-technical-service-bulletins-tsbs-3g-garage-j-016-a-613659/
To access a particular TSB be sure to follow the instruction in the linked thread.
