Vibration under hard acceleration

It first started after I replaced my cracked v2 precat delete with a new v3, and like an idiot I used the intermediate shaft as a leverage point to tighten the O2 defouler. After that it made a horrible vibrating sound, but no vibrations through the steering wheel just a slight vibration through the floor.

So, I bought a new intermediate shaft and installed that. There's still a light vibration, but not as bad as it was before. It only vibrates now at higher rpm, but only when I accelerate. If I'm just cruising at say 5000rpm there's no vibration, but as soon as I floor it then it vibrates.

So, I'm wondering if I could have messed up something in my trans or maybe my differential?
