Vibrating pedal

i have I 6 sp tl that I bought 3 months ago, i don remember if when I got the car the gas pedal and clutch were vibrating but it gradually stared getting stronger, two days ago I drove the car really hard and over reved on firts gear a few times and the vibrations got stronger, when Im on the gas my foots gets tired from the vibrations, I get the weird ichy feeling on my toes of blood moving around( don't know any othe way to explain it better) could it be a bearing or cylinder? Or even a motor mount? I have 5 months of drinvign stick so I have over revved first gears a bunch of times specially on hills. So if anyone had this problem or has any idea of what could be wrong please let me know. Thanks

I would guess its your motor mounts.

Does it vibrate at idle?

Maybe the clutch plate is warped from riding it on take off's. Not sure if that would cause vibration in the pedals though??

I have read around the forum and people have problem with the cylinders and bearings so I guess it would be one of those. I also get the click sound when I step on the clutch, I know there's a know issue there but i decided to ignore it.
