Vehicle pulling or drifting (SB 06-034)

i know this is a much talked about topic but i have a couple extra questions that i couldnt find answers to by searching (im a newbie, sorry!)

i have 34,xxx miles on my 05 A/T, TL. am i entitled to this SB? i printed out the SB and am going to take it to the dealership as proof and see how far i get. i will need tires soon but wanted to take advantage of this IF i can prior to my buying new tires and paying for an alignment.

Thanks in advance and sorry for the newbie question...

I highly doubt the dealer will do an alignment under warranty with that high of mileage on the car! Ive never seen a warranty alignment done at that high of mileage, if you are over 15k you most likely will be turned down by warranty. Then again it all really depends on how nice and flexible your dealership is!
