Type S leather seat replacement

I have some cracks and discoloration from water stains on my passenger front seat. Anyone had luck with replacing the oem leather seat without putting a big hole in the wallet? I'm trying to find a reputable upholstery shop in socal that I can trust to do a sectional fix with materials with similar material and feel as oem. I'm also looking at junkyards...but no luck so far.

DIY.
letherique oil + cleaner + sandpaper + dye = 99% new seat.

pics of cracked seat? most of the time they're just the dye that's cracked not the actual leather.

I did me drivers seat to brand new look by a mobile leather and vinyl technician. My seat is showroom new as well as my armrest. The passenger's seat was cleaned up to look brand new. All for $200.

You can do it yourself but a pro has the tools and equipment to do it right. DIY kits are B.S. if you want a perfect job. It requires a professional grade heat gun and a know-how on applying the dye.

Yeah I wouldn't recommend doing it yourself, I had a friend try changing the colors on his seats and over time everything rubbed off and ruined a bunch of his clothes :/
