Transmission or Throttle ?

Ok so yesterday while driving to wrk I was going about 25-30 mph and as soon as I hit 31 the care wouldnt go faster . It was just revving . I pulled over and restarted the car and it wrked back like normal .So afterwrk i went home to inspect my throttle because I kno that was a system a throttle would cause. I oped up the intake and removed it to get in the throttle and clean it out . I thought the area around the throttle wasna little dirty and sticking so i cleaned it out and greased the inner rim of the throttle . So later on that night it happen again ...when ever I came to a red light and stood the car it wouldn't move when pressing the gas , I had to turn on and off the car at every light to get home last night ..
This morning I put the car on and put it into drive and it wouldnt move . It wouldnt go in reverse ethier . I turned the car on and off 7 times before it would move and I took it to a shop so it wouldn't have to be towed . ( I had to turn off and on the car at every stop I came to as well) .. I don't think it's the tranny because if it was it shouldn't be moving at all right ?I think the sensor on the throttle or the throttle it's self is broken .. Does anyone have a idea of what's going on ?:
