Timing Belt Replacement part number

I have an 2007 TL Base timing belt change is coming up. I got all of the parts ready to order but I have a question on the Tensioner. I know on acuraoemparts.com I searched for tensioner and I got 2 listed, do I need both? or just one? or those one includes the other one?:

1. Timing Belt Auto Tensioner - 14520-RCA-A01 $90.59
2. Tensioner Auto Assy - 31170-RCA-A03 $79.67

Most likely you would just need one, the timimg belt tensioner.. not so much for the drive belt tensioner, unless you having issue with it.

Thanks I was getting confused since they have the same name but they are two different parts. And yes I'm starting to have problems with the compressor belt tensioner, is starting to make noise when I have the A/C on and I accelerate, Acura dealer said the bearings are going bad. I'm at 87,000 miles
