Timing belt movement (slack)

I removed the timing belt cover while replacing the belt tensioner and idler assembly recently and I noticed the timing belt bowed in easily when pushing in from the "outside". Is this normal? I plan on swapping the TB soon but I don't know if I should just park the car for now. The car has 148k miles. Perhaps having just replaced the serpentine belt I feel like the TB should be much "tighter" than it was.

Please see my video below. Forgive my ignorance if this is a simple inquiry but I don't have much mechanical experience.

Thank you!

Did you turn the crank at all? Even a "tight" belt can have some slack depending how the crank is turned. Best to turn the engine over a few times to be certain that the timing marks are correct.
