sunroof broken! Want to manually close it

Hey guys! So iv been trying to find a specific fix for my 2006 Acura TL sunroof, but i cant find one, so i thought i would post! my sunroof doesn't move at all, and when i try to open or close it, it makes a super nasty sound. Now i heard it is a very expensive fix, so iv been trying to find a way to manually close it! Some say that there is a plastic piece to remove on the passenger roof, and use a tool that came with it in crank it, but mine does not have that. Does anyone know a way to manually close it? do i need to remove the headliner? let me know because i do not want to pay the dealership to take a look at at, as they are the only place that will. Every mechanic i have called said they do not work on sunroofs.

perhaps if you can get to the access point, you can use an allen wrench to crank it down

I was under the impression it's in the back right near the rear center overhead light.

it could be if it was under the fabric, i would be scared to pull that off myself tho! There is something with fabric on the rear glass, a little square thing, but not to sure what it even is. guessing for back lights or something, does anyone know the purpose of that?

At least the service manual, makes it sound like the headliner needs to come down first. Not sure if there are any shortcuts, but attach is the relevant bit.
