so i had a 04 tl base and installed my JLW7 i used the stock sub connection with a LOC and hooked everything else up and was completely working fine. I have now bought a 08 TL-S and i did the same thing to only end up with nothing working. the amp has power the amp is turned on with car good ground everything. Any suggestions?

if you are getting a humming noise, you have to disconnect the ANC mics, there is an entire thread on this. Also check the wiring to the LOC and the wires going into the AMP

im not getting any type of noise. Like i said i checked with a test light for power on
8 gauge going from battery to amp=Good
signal wire to amp=good
tested my ground= good
tested on the wires to the LOC= good but nothing seems to work.
i can hook the wires back up to the stock sub and it works andi have not touched any settings on the amp as they were fine in the old TL
