Stuck in Park, Radio not working...HELP!!

So i got home from work 2 nights ago, back my car into its normal parking spot, went inside for about 15 mins and came back out. Got in the car started it up, pushed in the brake, went to move it out of park and it was stuck. I knew there was the little clip on the shiftplate, that bypasses whatever it is that only makes you be able to shift out of park if the brake is on.

I read on here, and i cant find any other 3rd Gens this has happened to, but the 2nd gen and CL guys have had this problem, but their brake lights stop working as well. My brake lights work great and the car drives like normal, except for the screwdriver sticking out of the shiftplate so i can reverse or put it in park.

My neightbor has been a mechanic his whole life, and he narrowed it down to it being a blown fuse. He checked every visible fuse and he said it has to be one behind the dash that cause the shifter malfunction, and the radio to stop working.

If anyone has any incite on this, it would be GREATLY appreciated. Im just tired of no radio and having a sweet ass screwdriver laying by my shifter.

Thanks-Kyle

I know you said you checked the fuses but here's the layout:

You may want to recheck #32 under your console. Just out of curiousity.. were you using your seat heaters before the problem?
