STRANGE ONE--> Wipers don't come on after window wash...
I swear when I would wash my windows (with the sprayer on the stalk), my wipers would automatically come on for a few seconds to wipe away the washer fluid. Now the washer sprays, but no wipers...i have to manually turn them on...is this normaL?

Yes, it does (at least on my 04TL).
My guess is a bad wiper switch or a bad CSCU (combination switch control unit) which is built into the wiper switch. It could also be a bad ECU.
You're under warranty (hopefully you're not over 50K aleady), just take it to the dealer.

My '06 will occasionally "forget" to turn on the wipers after spraying, but (so far) will upon a 2nd spray. I chalked it up to being very brief with the spray application.
