Steering Wheel Vibration

Steering Wheel Vibration
Hi fellow TL owners. I own a 2005 TL with less than 13K miles on it. I've noticed that when i start my engine, there is a slight vibration/rattle on the steering wheel. Also, the engine sounds like its lagging when i first start. I took the car to Acura and the rep there told me it was about the ethanol gas and how gas companies are trying to mix additives into their fuels. It sounds like BS to me. I was just wondering if anyone on this forum has encountered the same problem as i have. and if this is normal or not??? thanks all.

I provided the link to top tier gas.

DEFINITELY stay away from older/poorly maintained/low-traffic gas stations.
