Squeeks and Rattles

Does any one else have numerous squeeks and rattles from the dashboard and driver-side window area... or is it just me?

My cousin has that too on his TL. Actually... he's got quite a few of them that are quite obvious when he's on a rough road. Is there a combined thread with all of the rattles listed that have been reported and how to fix them?

I do have these.
Read this forum and you'll see that many TL owners have this.
Acura TL made in USA = it is not on quality side....
It Looks - great, but build quality is below average

Mine squeeks are :
Driver window (if it is wet outside I can stand it, whne it is dry I can not drive car without music on)
Somewhere behind Navi screen (I can not imagine how I can take whole dashboard apart and why I should....)
Somewhere on passenger door
B pillar (both sides)
Dealer does not hear these or say it is normal or I can not re-design car for you

No more American's cars.

Interesting, my cousin has a rattle sort of inside the drivers side door. It's really obvious when he's on the highway. it really gets annoying. Then he's got a rattle in the dash. Sort of between the glass and the speedometer gauges. When he pushes down around the glass the rattling stops. Then there's the passenger side seat. He seems to have narrowed it down to the wiring support that supports the weight of the passenger since his old accord did that too.

Anyone have any of those problems or a fix for them?
I dont want them to redesign the car, only want them to fix the problems.

I have one coming from "Triangular" piece at front of the window. It is minor and goes away once a while.

I am at dealer right now getting really bad rattle fixed coming from Front Psgr Door Speaker Trim. They spent hour and half so far and I haven't heard. I'm sitting in lounge with my laptop and wireless internet.

I think that 2004 was a horrible year for all these problems. 90% of the time, when I read about squeaks and rattles, it seems to be from a '04. I've owned my '05 for 10 months now, and only the odd rattle or noise happens. I think that Acura improved quality significantly, and I find it hard to find any rattles that I actually take notice to.

There's a known rattle problem under the passenger seat....there's a spot there where 2 pieces of metal rub together...fix is take the seat out (just a few bolts)...and felt the 2 pieces of metal.

Other ones around the window are often attributed to the windows weather stripping around the door, search the forums these are all common and easy to fix.

Do you actually felt the bolts that bolt the seat down? I think that's what i found when i tried to search for the passenger seat rattle.
