Spoiler paint issue

I have an 05 Acura TL, RRP color. I bought it used recently, so I'm not exactly sure whether or not the wing spoiler is factory or added on. But, the paint has been bubbling and chipping only on the spoiler. Probably because I have to leave it out in the sun (garage is full). Anyone know why this is happening or how much it costs to fix it?

Just had to do the daughter's Maxima as the spoiler was doing the same. Sanded down, primed, sanded and cleaned, base coat, clear, sanded and buffed, looks great. If you can't do it yourself, stop at a couple of body shops to get and estimate.

This seems to be popular on all sorts of makes and models of cars... I see it all the time on spoilers. One of my friends early 2000 Ford Mustangs has the same issue. You'll just have to have it repainted.

My deck lid spoiler has 1 or 2 little chips on it. But I bought it from thespoilerstore on ebay for $114 and it has lasted me 4 years, so I can't at all complain.
