Smell of burned rubber in cabin
Guys, I have a smell of burned rubber in the car after a while when the car is turned off. The wierd thing is, after I turn on the car, and smell goes away. Ive opened the hood but could smell nothing. What do you guys think?

I know you have a 2008, but make sure your Power Steering hose isnt getting too hot.
This was a recall item on early year 3rd Gens. I used to get the same smell, and it was gone once the recall was done.
The power steering hose is on the top right corner of the intake manifold..about 1inch thick and should be covered in heat reflective foil.
good luck.
