Seat warmers not working and switch lights off
Im totally stumped here!
Both my passenger and driver seats are no longer heating up...the lights on both switches that indicate low and high heat don't light up. The bulbs are good, as I tested them out just to be sure by putting them in another location and they let up. I even interchanged with working bulbs. The fuse is good.
The both stopped working at the same time. Anybody have any idea what can be happening?
Thanks in advance for any insight!

All checks for power should be done with key in 'ON' position, when climate control is running etc. You will need a test light. If you don't have one harbor freight has them for like $3.
Do point 1 first to make sure all fuses are ok, then do either 2 or 3, whatever is easier right now. It should be enough to pinpoint the problem.
1. Check under-dash fuses #15 and #30 and if the both are getting power (by probing top of the fuse with test light).
If any is not getting powered (#15) go back to under-hood fuse #20 and check that one.
2. If all the fuses are good, other thing is relay. That relay is somewhere behind center console, maybe it's one of the relays behind glove box. Hard to tell on this picture:
If you find this relay, figure out which pin should be voltage supply (from under-dash fuse #15). Test for power on the relay, if it's there remove the fuse to make sure that you have a right relay and right pin. If there is similar relay somewhere in the car swap it for test.
3. If you still have access to the switches, check if they are 'receiving' power from the car on the connector (should be gray-blue wire). It wouldn't hurt to check the ground on the switch as well.
Power should be on some pin from #3 to #6. #1 and #2 are for white backlight so we are not interested in those.
If switches are not getting power, and fuses are, you must find that relay.
Post your findings.

Thanks so much for the thorough reply.
Before your reply I went in to check if the relay was ok. Pulled it and gave it some 12v power to see if it was switching and if there was continuity when power was given and it checked out. So I was able to confirm the relay is functioning.
I'll double check the fuses and run the tests on the switches as well.
I'll post what I find.
Ps. For any body which is curious. The seat warmer relay is easily accessible once you remove the glove box. It's mounted to the same metal frame that the glove box clips to.
Cheers

Really has to be a fuse at this point. It would be extremely rare for both switches to fail simultaneously.
OP, pull each fuse and replace it (one at a time), even if it looks good. (or check for power in the relay receptacle, pins 1 and 4)..
