s/cd torque conv. prob.

yea well theres a really really really bad problem with my car i'm like well lets start out with how i knew something was wrong...i'm s'cd and i lost to a 6spd g35 with an intake...i'm like ok something is wrong...so that had me pissed...so i decided to go to get the car dyno'ed to see what kind of power i'm making ok well i'm making 270 whp and 208 lb/ft...good for a s/c tl with exhaust, pulley and procats...so i'm like ok we do one more pass and its 271 whp and 200lb/ft...so we decided to look at the graph the hp..it is smooth but the torque is like goin up in steps..and i'm not gettin the full 4.5 lbs of boost until i get into higer rpms...so mike at e-shift perfor. told me that i most likely have a bad torque converter..

so what do u guys think...is tha torque converter the problem...and if i want to replace it can i juss go ahead and get a new one or do i have to buy the whole set up...when i say the whole set up i mean to the bolts, and o-ring washer the labor is about $900 from the dealer...and i kno some people might ask..its and auto 04 tl

has anyone else had this type of prob..

everything that is listed from this site http://www.acuraoemparts.com/delray/...All&vinsrch=no
