Right Turn signal light only works when turning
Yesterday after finding out my head light was blown by uninstalling it and seeing all the plastic on the actual bulb of the headlight had burned up (not surprised got it from eBay) my turning signal light wouldn't go on with the rest of my lights once I put everything back together so I tried unplugging and plugging it tn again and it work no sweat
Today I went and changed out the low beam bulb and once finished I realized my turning signal light that was giving me issues that I fixed will only work when I'm using it to turn. What gives shlda change the bulbs or is it something g deeper

Bulb used for turn signals has two filaments in it.
"Weak" one is lighting up with headlights, "strong" for turn signals.
Most likely one is broken, and that's why bulb appears to be still working.
Replace bulb, worst case you just spend couple bucks. Inspect socket and connector as well while you at it (look for burning or corrosion signs)

Dual filament bulbs is the proper teminology. One of the filaments is broken. Replace the bulb
