Unhappy reverse "bump"

when the car cold and i engage reverse I get this "bump". It's like the normal feel but intensified. What could be the cause of this problem?
I recently changed the 3th and 4th gear and replaced the oil but the problem existed before doing those things.

No one?
BTW the car has 110k miles and when i engage drive it feels fine. Most of the time if the car is warm it won't do the bump when I engage reverse, it happens mostly when the car its cold.

Anyone knows where I could get my timing belt replaced for cheap in nyc?

I think for a cold start this is normal. I even get this when I put it in drive for the first time. It's like the car has some extra pulling power but them smooths out when the engine/tranny warms up. Perhaps others can chime in here.

but it didn't do it before, it started happening about 3 month ago. Also, I cut my rottors because they were "bent" i dont know the exact terminology w/e, and replaced pad and got the tires balanced again but im still getting driveline vibration pass 62mph. It's incredibly annoying because the passenger can feel it too. I want to go 65-75 or faster (over 75mph on the track) with no vibration. What can i do?

I took the car to the dealer and they balanced the tires and vibration solved, tire shop did a horrible job and balancing prior to the dealer.

What could be the reason why the reverse is so harsh?
