Replaced bank 2 sensor 2 still getting p0158
I posted a few days ago I would be replacing my o2 sensor and so I did. After one day the same cel is coming back. Any ideas/do we have known issues with o2 sensor harness on the car side?

So, I've been working on this a couple hours a weekend. So far Ive replaced o2 sensor with oem, checked all the fuses and relays.
I noticed my grounds were all rusted out and read up on the ground issues and the upgrades. I decided to go oem and replaced all 3.
The code came back. Does snybody have experience with this?

You have to buy the bluetooth module to use an app on your phone. I "think" the cheap ones are the ELM327 devices. Usually under $20. Sometimes hit and miss on the quality. I picked mine up years ago on Amazon for $15 and it came in handy while troubleshooting O2 sensor issues on my TL as well as on my wife's Terrain. I could clearly see the computer flip flopping lean to rich to test cycle the O2 sensors and one sensor just didn't respond.

*UPDATE* issue resolved
So I've been doing my own troubleshooting and replaced all possible weakpoints in the o2 sensor heater circuit. I'm a commercial electrician so I just ohmed everything out and replaced visibly worn grounds and made sure all connections had continuity under the hood. Speaking to one of my coworkers he said, "Did you unplug and plug back in the ecu? Sometimes corrosion or dirt buildup causes a break in the contacts."
I cleaned off the ecu connectors (b and d) with electrical cleaner...... and problem has been gone for 4 days. Day 3 was a test day hitting vtec/ redline several times throughout the day.
Thanks for the help and support hope this helps someone.

*NEW update*
Hello, after getting rid of my 02 sensor open circuit for 350 miles , i got a check engine lght again. (Did not scan it) but I did notice this happened as i was distracted and ran the car cold at 4000 rpm while still cold in the a.m.
A fellow accord driver bet me a energy drink that if i warm up the car fully before taking off i wont get that check engine light again. It reminds me I was only running up to 2500 rpm (ho2s engagement according to troubleshooting methods) for the last few days only doing a hard cold start once before succsessfully to test the integrity of the ecu connector method.
Well i reset the ecu and have warmed up the engine to operating temp ever since snd its going on 90 miles with no code.
So.... yeah our cars are prone to corrosion and are pretty much picky hondas. Treat the TL with respect and it will be solid.
