Radio & Cig Lighter out

I have a 2004 base TL , no nav and I had disconnected the stock HU because I was planning on installing an aftermarket one but i wasn’t getting sound so I was going to install the stock for the time being and it just blinks a anti theft light but doesn’t give me the option to input a code & both power sockets don’t work. All fuses are good too so I’m lost.

I believe its fuses # 5 and 9 you have to inspect.
If it looks fine,...replace it anyway.

did you check under the hood fuse box?

check # 15. One of those fuses powers 5 through 9 to the box under the dash.
However, check them all anyway
