Quick question regarding 3rd and 4th gear pressure switches.
I have an 08 TL-s auto, 64k km, when I'm driving along a flat highway in rush hour traffic, I'm apply very little throttle input going around 20-30kph (12-20mph). As I let off completely, I notice the car will shudder, not a harsh shudder, but I definitely feel it, and it is easily reproducible. I put it into sport shift mode and I notice that I'm in third gear. I shift to fourth but I cannot reproduce this.
My question will replacing the 3rd and 4th gear pressure switches resolve this kind of issue? I've been reading that the switches are for shifting, and don't do anything when I'm in gear. Can someone please confirm or correct me?

^really hard to say. but everyone that has done the switches (including myself) only has positive things to say about the difference afterwards.
they are a must-do IMO. cheap maintenance and prolongs the life of your tranny.

That's certainly true. I'll get this done during my next oil change. Just wondering if anyone else had any more input? I'll update with results.
And for full disclosure, I did a 3x3 with a mix of amsoil supershift and amsoil atf about 1.5 months ago but I'm sure this was happening before too, just never bothered me as much until now.
