Pressure switch replacement by dealer/ 3rd party shop

Hey,
Has anyone had the pressure switches done by a honda/acura dealer or 3rd party trusted shop? If so, how much did it run you, total? I want this done but my busy season starts this week and may not have the time until May to do it myself!! Yikes. This scares me becuase I am going to be driving the TL alot over the next 4-5 months and want to do a road trip this summer with her. Input is appreciated.

My local Acura dealer cost me $115 for 30 min that they took to replace the switch. I think I spent a lot but its worth it for the peace of mind that those old switches are out of the car with fresh Redline type f fluid!

Nice thats not too bad for parts and labor. I have rather fresh AMSOIL supershift non fm in my tranny so I also want these switches done asap. Did you just ask to schedule an appointment to have the pressure switches changed?

I think that was just the labor charge, but I may be wrong

$27 at the Goodyear dealer that I use ( I was sure to provide them with full instructions, including pictures). That price was labor for the 3rd and 4th gear switches.

$115 was only labor, the parts bought at my local dealer was $112 or something which was expensive but I didn't want to wait for shipping time from oemacuraparts so I bought them right away.

A reputable shop should not need more than 30 minutes to do this. Buy the switches yourself and call around to some shops. It does not even need to be an import shop.

You can do it with the car on the ground without taking the wheel off. Any shop should have no issue with this.
