Powerslot Rotor Defective?

I have finally made all my mods on my 04 TL. I continue to have a cailpher or rotor problem. I installed Powerslot Slotted Rotors on all 4 wheels but Left Rear wheel seems to vibrate when I brake at Highway speeds. Also, when I stop and get out of the car I notice a burning smell from the same area. Replace the rear calipher, I thought it could have been problem (locking and not releasing) but the problem still persist with the new one. Could the rotor be defective? I dont think you can resurface the sloted rotor? All other rotors are great and its only been 4 -7 days since I installed them.

P.S. Brake Pads are also new.

Thanks,
Nick
