Perforated Leather on Door Trim Coming Loose

Hello Friends,

Over the past few months, I've noticed that the perforated leather on my '04 TL's doors (just above the armrest) is starting to come loose/untucked from the surrounding trim at the edges. This is happening in small places on 3 of the 4 doors.

Does anyone have a fix for this issue? Acura doesn't list this panel as a separate part, so I don't know if it's removable.

Sorry this is a repost, but I did a search and didn't find anything. Thanks!

Must be our Heat in Florida! Mine is doing the same. Almost as if it is coming unglued at little spots. Mine are very small, and only on front doors right now. Interested for a fix, if anyone knows of one.

My front driver door is doing the same think at the corner. I just tuck it back in since its just the very edge thats coming loose. Im wait till it gets worse before I take it to an interior shop to respray some glue to hold it.

I guess the Florida heat works fast. I've owned the car since new, but only been down here 2 years. If its going to cost $ to fix I guess I'll wait a while, just don't want the material to rip!

@lilsid112, any idea what regluing would cost?

Did you use a glue gun or some other kind of adhesive?

I'd just use some 3M automotive interior adhesive and call it a day.
