Parking Brake and Front Brake

Hello everyone, I have just gotten an 05 Acura TL 6mt not navigation package about a week ago, when i bought it the front brakes would squeak but only when applying light pressure to the brake pedal. The front rotors are in perfect condition and the Caliper appears to be good as well as the brake pad has lots of life left in it. I was wondering if anyone knew what could be causing it, could it be the brake shim? maybe the pads are just squeaky? i’m not sure. but recently i’ve also notice the hand brake not holding the car completely when parking on a slope. is there any possible correlation ?

parking brake is on the rear via the hub of the rotor (drum).

The front brakes could probably use a clean and regrease on the pads and sliding bits.
