Paint Job in New York Area

Hey Everyone

I hope you all enjoyed your New Years and are starting it off nicely.

So I asked my dealership how much it would cost to paint my front bumper, because it has a bunch of scratches on it from inconsiderate "parkers", and I was told it would cost 400 +tax to do just the front bumper. Is this a reasonable price and do you know of a good place that will do a good paint job on parts of the car....in the New York City Area??????

I would assume so, I went to a local bodyshop to get a estimate to color match the grille and they asked for 250...

to replace my front bumper(paint and install) it was $760 without tax(i pay cash so there is never tax)

my advice to you is not to go to a dealership, their style is get it in and out fast to make $$$$. Go to a good private shop that you can trust. A repaint should be around 300 dollars for a good one.
