Smile Overheating and coolant overflow

So my car started overheating a few days ago. If i turn the heat on the needle goes back down. When the car is hot the radiator hoses are hot and hard to press. I havent driven the car since friday. Today I took the radiator cap off and started the car. Coolant start raising and pouring out very slowly. Could someone help me with this please

Is your radiator fan working? Does it (the radiator fan) cycle on and off?

You said your radiator "fans" are working, you only have 1 radiator fan, the other is the ac fan. Did you have the ac on when you noticed the "fans" running? If both hoses are warm/hit that means you thermostat is open which is good. You have heat which is good. Are your fans running at high speed or low speed? Do they cycle in and off?
