Odd problem has been fixed 3 Times!!! Lemon?
Ok My mom owns a 04 TL it is 9 months old. In the winter my mother who works at school parked her car in the parking lot and while she was working and went to the car for lunch she noticed all 4 windows half way opened. so she asked me to check it out and it happened alot whenever she parked and walked away from the car. I tried it parking different places and hiding key, making ure no buttons being pressed etc. still windows opened. Brought to dealer they were stunned. They replaced the mechanisms in the driver side window checked everything else problems fixed 2 weeks later same thing went back to dealer he replaced all 4 2months later now same problem going to make apt I will keep you posted what they say now. Also during the winter when it snowed there was like an inch of snow on the back seat on the side and floor. Damn dealers this might end up a lemon.
I'm not sure but I doubt that this is considered a serious problem. Shit does happen but every little thing does not justify returning the car. You would have to check with your state to find out exactly what might qualify. Just my opinion.

MikesTL03...hopefully you problem gets resolved. Sounds like an electrical gremlin.
You sure she wasn't holding the "unlock" button instead of the "lock" button. This will role down all windows and open the sunroof when held down until its let go. Was the sunroof open too? Not trying to slam but it would be the most obvious "issue"....

beware, this issue happened to a friends 04 . . . . windows and sun roof kept rolling down.. went on vacation, returned to find windows down and sun roof open. Too bad that it rained and he came home to 5 inches of water inside
he finally just traded it in and said screw it!
he finally just traded it in and said screw it!
SIDE NOTE: He had the car into the dealer 4 times, they kept telling him there was no problems. When it rainied, he had the car towed in, they insisted there was nothing wrong... While they were standing there, the windows again rolled down.
my friends camero ss was a lemon because of
the headlights would flicker, 4 times in 18 months you will get all your money back that you paid regradless of of what it is. My 03 s is being bought back after i have had it for 3 years for 98 cents to every dollar i spent! Thats $33.5k
Here is another strange problem for you. My service manager has a RL that constantly gets a dead battery when the owner parks at the airport. No place else, just the airport. they've had the car sitting for days at the dealership with no problem, but as soon as the owner flys out of town, the battery is dead when he returns. Still haven't figured out what's causing it yet.

It may even end up being a lime.
This is general advice and not aimed specifically at your problem:Most states have a version of a lemon law that you may be able to invoke if the defect materially impairs the use of the car (you may have an argument there) and can't be fixed within a reasonable (e.g., 3) attempts. However, some states (I wouldn't be surprised if all) that have a lemon law provide that you must pay for the use of the car, e.g., 10 cents for every mile driven, and there may also be a time limit on how long you have to return the car. If you are planning a 10 hour round trip vacation drive, you may want to reconsider taking the TL until you have this resolved. I would contact a lawyer in the state where you reside, or contact the state attorney general's office, they can give you further details on the law in your state.
Suggest contacting Acura Corporate Customer Service..not the dealer. Some airport transmitter is at or close to the operating frequency of the receiver in the car. They may even be able to tell you which fuse to pull out when you are away that affects the receiver. When you return plug the fuse back in. While this is happining you should try to convince them to replace the receiver in the car with one at a different operating frequency.
Good luck
