Odd codes on '04 display

So, this started over the summer, went away for a while, now is back. (See Video)
Anyone seen these codes and have an idea what they mean.
Also, it's raining out, so I am concerned that is inducing the issue, which means something could be loose or exposed to the elements.

if you have access to the Service Manual, it will help you troubleshoot the codes

I know those arent the codes shown, but just showing you the Service manual has the trouble shooting procedure!
when I google, B1168 and B1169 shows as Gauge cluster malfunctions. grab the Service manual and search on how to trouble shoot those specific codes

Also, have you replaced the car's battery? usually when strange error codes pop up, especially ones that pertain to the gauge cluster and the PCM, probably means LOW VOLTAGE

Justn, I do NOT have the svc manual, but perhaps I should buy one. Thank you!

The battery isn't more than a year old. I installed an optima red top because I was having drainage issues with the older battery. I have replaced the HFL 3 times now. (one under warranty)

They most likely come on when the battery is replaced or connectors were disconnected like in the engine bay. I would clear them and see if they go away but you may need a HDS (Honda Scan Tool) to clear body electrical codes.

Here are factory service diagnostics for those two codes.
