Angry Northeast PA Service Center = SUCKS!!

I'm pissed! You have to listen to what had happened to me at MotorWord in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

So, I've been having issues with this service center ever since I've been going there (unfortunately, it's the only location that is in a 100 mile radius of where I live) The first time I had to go to the service center, I needed to replace my tires... which took about 3 days, because they couldn't align the tires properly. Once they got it situated, I noticed that they scratched 3 of my rims. I told the service manager and he said that there is "no evidence" that they had did them... BS!

During the several other times that I had went there, it took them 1/2 day to do an oil change and basic maintenance.

Now this is the best one. I took my car in for another alignment and try to "duplicate" my 3rd gear issues. (oh, fyi.. this is the second day I took it in... the first day; which took all day, they said that they did the work, but when I got the car, the steering wheel was off to the right side. I even asked to go with them on the test drive, and they just left without me!) Anyway, I went with an tech to find out that the problem was.... he noticed that there was an issue with my 3rd gear and I wanted him to tell the service rep and if found out what the problem was with the alignment. So, we get back from the test drive and I asked him to inform the service rep about my 3rd gear issues. Which she stated that she couldn't do anything, until the service manager took another test drive.. I just started laughing about it and asked if she can just note it. Which she huffed and puffed about it. So, of course I asked to see the manager. But as you know he's in a meeting. I asked him to call me.

So, the service manager calls me about 1 hour later. And he say's that he can't do anything for me cause the tech is not an transmission specialist. I reply that every time I bring my car in your techs can "duplicate" the issues that I see on an everyday basis. I told him that I didn't want to get Acura client services involved and as soon as I said that he told me that I am not welcome that that service center anymore. "We can't meet my expectations" is what the manager has said. And that they would close all of my future service appointment that I had created, which is covered under my warranty.

But prior to this, I called Client services and they said that they would investigate what's going on. Well, of course I called them again and told them what had happened. Damien (client services) would call the service manager and is what the issue is. Well, the result of that was nothing. Client services is a bunch of jokes. I really don't know what they are there for. Not of the customer that is.

So now, I have to drive over 100 miles to get service to my car and of course, I have to go back twice to trouble shoot the issues and then to get them fixed.

I love my car... and hate everything else that comes with it.

Oh, ya, the motorworld service said that I have to replace my clutch too. Anyone know of a place to by the parts at and how much it would cost to replace??
