Noise with the AC on

Noise with the AC on
https://youtu.be/sgmGNq8iGNM
This is a long story...
I recently upgraded the altealternator to a Mechman 240 amp to handle the new audio system. It has a much smaller pulley than the factory alternator. After everything was installed I noticed that noise but it was while driving with the AC off. Everytime I'd stop at a light I'd hear it. After a couple of days waiting to see if it would go away I finally got annoyed and stopped by the Honda dealer. The guy said it's probably the belt and tensioner since I took the belt off and running a smaller alternator pulley with a old belt and tensioner. I replaced the tensioner and put a smaller belt (about 1 inch smaller) to compensate for the smaller pulley on the new alternator. Now, it runs fine with the AC off (at least as far as I can tell) but now with the AC on the noise is there and only when it's in gear. I was driving today with the AC on when I first heard it and say the rpms drop when I would come to a stop. And its sluggish trying to accelerate from a stop..I'd that makes sense. What could it be? There's no noise with the AC off but as soon as I turn the AC on and put it in gear there it is. Lost in the sauce lol. I talked to my mechanic friend and he said the new spring in the tensioner might be just breaking in..Many thanks in advance.
