no TSB for the glovebox
No TSB?

Went to Acura today to have the squeeky glove box fixed (for the 3rd time) and told them that there is a supposed TSB on it and to look it up and do it...
They claim that there is no such thing on the glove box and are supposedly ordering me new clips for the 3rd time...
A little help here? anyone know the TSB # ? or should i just print out the fix that u guys wrote out on here and give it to them?

As far as I know there is no TSB or product fix for these. Print out the threads and show them the relevant parts.
I know you are concerned about this, but there is no need to repetitively post this same message, so I deleted your other thread in 3G TL and also several posts in other peoples threads that said exactly the same thing.

if there is no TSB... then what was someone talking about?
if there is no known TSB, then what was someone talking about when they said to have the dealership "do the TSB" ? were they making it up?

Can you give me the link to that statement? Sometimes people say TSB when they mean a product improvement bulletin or a service news update.
