No throttle response, limp mode?, not app sensor

I have a 2005 acura tl auto 5 speed, car has around 158k miles on it. The car recently started going into limp mode on the freeway (vsa, traction control & check engine lights come on) and once pulling over, restarting the vehicle it would run fine. Now the vehicle wont move and once you touch the throttle the car goes automatically into limp mode and has no responce even when floored. Ive replaced the app sensor 3 times now (common cause of this issue) and still have had no luck. The car starts and idles fine and the codes can be cleared fine until you touch the throttle then it goes back into "limp mode". Im out of ideas does anyone know the cause or solution to this problem?

I had the same thing happen to me recently. I took it to the dealer and the pulled the code P2101. They cleaned my throttle body and replaced my air intake box. I haven't had any issues since for about 3 weeks.

i initially thought it was the app sensor. But that code never appeared.

With a new OEM one?

Maybe the wires connecting to the sensor are severed somewhere
