New clutch, super low biting point?

Just got new clutch and flywheel in....and the biting point is super low. Is that normal for new clutches, to be like 1/2 inch off the floor?

Car is very easy to chirp or stall now...hard to find the right amount like before. Anyone with new clutch replacement experience want to advise?

I'm considering adjusting the pedal and maybe a clutch fluid replacement?

Put some km on it and it should self adjust and will be fine/normal. Stock or aftermarket?

i wonder if the preloaded pressure plate was released and it's self adjusted to a degree. Was the clutch replaced with another Self Adjusting Clutch?

assuming there's no air in the clutch system.

see this on my reasoning for the SAC possibly being a cause (if there's no air in the system, etc).

Everything replaced with OEM supplier (LuK). I adjusted the pedal a bit...it's better but I'll have to bleed the system to see. There's also a sort of rattling at 1100 RPM...I'm assuming the shop didn't tighten something to spec and needs to take another look.

i also noticed rattling at low rpms on my 6speed 04, finally tonight, at a hill, i was going slow and car started to shake, and now sounds like there is a metal gulf ball sized loose part dancing inside the bellhousing, hopefully it's just the clutch...
