New '05 TL owner, have a few small issues

I just bought a 2005 TL with nav and it has 87k miles on it. Overall the car is in pretty good shape but there are a couple of things that need to be addressed. First the plastic seat backs on both the driver and passenger seat have come detached at the bottom, is this a common problem (need new clips?). Also I have noticed that from a dead stop the steering is extremely difficult, once I get moving it is easy. Any ideas what could be causing this? I don't notice any noise coming from the steering it is just very hard to turn when stopped or at very low speeds. The last thing is that for some reason I can't get my phone to connect to the bluetooth in the car. I have a droid 3 and it is on the list of compatible devices for the car, I've been through the pairing process but either the car doesn't show up on the list of devices or I'm never prompted on the phone to enter the 4 digit number that I put in the car to pair it with. I'd appreciate any feedback, thanks!

The back seat covers coming loose is a common problem. New clips are needed. Some members just cable tie them at the bottom and trim the cable.

---You need 4x new white clips for those seat back covers.

----Bad P/S pump unit.

----Well since it let you go through the options, it's not a bad unit. Click on the talk handsfree button, then say system then say clear after the option. Clear everything and start fresh. It could also be your phone not pairing with the system.
