Like the topic states I can't seem to figure out what this circled piece is and trust me I searched everywhere on the net until I landed on this cool forum. is it an ash tray? cup holder? My car is missing it so I need to know what it is so I but a new piece for it..

its not a cupholder, it just holds various junk like coins or chapstick or something...
