MotorVac

http://www.impalassforum.com/vBullet...light=motorvac Outside the USA it is called Carbon Clean. I had a 1994 Impala SS before My TL and used impalassforum.com I had this done twice to my Impala and it did make a differance in milage and in vacuum readings. The shop here let me watch as they took readings before and after. I am a skeptical guy and hesitated doing this. But watching the thread grow and hearing from reputable people on the forum that it did help i tried it. The first time made a very noticeable differance and second time was for maintenance and it may have helped on one drivability issue. For me here in Memphis it cost about 125.00. here are some places that offer it. http://www.impalassforum.com/vBullet...light=motorvac
I know it is long but if you go to the site and search motorvac you may find other posts.

Sorry the first link does not work. But under the second link, places that do MotorVac, there are some reading there on MotorVac. I do not know if it can be done on our cars but i will find out this week. My car has 94,000 miles and planning to do MotorVac, plugs(NGK Laser IR), trans fluid(3x3 with Schaeffers Trans fluid and switches, cabin filter and oil change with Schaeffers 5w-30 full synthetic. Maybe do power steering also.
